Return/Exchange Policy 退換貨方式


Thank you very much for your purchase and support of our brand! Every purchase means a lot to our small business, so we hope you are also pleased with the purchase; however if not, we are still very sorry the order did not work out and will do our best to improve.   • Return/Exchange Conditions 退貨須知
  1. Refunds must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and original condition. 
  3. Must provide original receipt***
  4. Refunds are considered initiated when the Ellevate team is notified and acknowledges the return/exchange.

  • Return/Exchange Procedure 退貨流程
  1. Inform Ellevate that you would like to do a return/exchange (please provide order number, receipt number, name and address, reason for return).
  2. Wait for confirmation that item is refundable/exchangeable.
  3. Items must be in its original condition and must provide the original receipt.
  4. We will provide an address for the exchange or where the items must be shipped.
  5. Please allow 10 business days for processing.


  • Return Details 退款說明
  1. Credit Card Purchases: Amount will be refunded back to account.
  2. Bank Transfers: Amount will be refunded back to account.
(Extra shipping/delivery fees will be paid out of pocket from the customer)

  • Exchange Details 換貨說明
  1. Products are only exchangeable once.
  2. If products have already been exchanged once, exchange/refund is not possible.

  • Refund/Exchange Rejections 無法做退換貨因素
  1. Product has makeup stain.
  2. Product has been washed/cleaned in any way.
  3. Product has smoke smell residue or perfume smell.
  4. No receipt provided back: Because we are small business, for now we only provide official paper receipts; therefore, we are not able to physically process refunds without the original receipt.
**Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, product sizes have a tolerance of +/-1 inch, according to industry standard.
